Jeff Belanger is the CEO and Principal Partner of HOS Financial Inc., where he leads the company's vision of helping Canadian families achieve homeownership while creating meaningful investment opportunities for private investors.

With a career spanning more than 30 years in business operations, technology, real estate, and financial services, Jeff combines strategic leadership with a passion for developing innovative solutions that address Canada's growing housing affordability challenges.

Since joining HOS Financial, Jeff has helped lead the organization in assisting more than 1,300 Canadian families on their journey toward homeownership. Under his leadership, the company has expanded beyond traditional real estate investing to develop a comprehensive Homeownership Pathway built on education, capital, technology, and strategic partnerships.

Jeff works closely with private investors, financial institutions, developers, builders, mortgage professionals, and industry partners to create professionally managed, asset-backed investment opportunities that generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns while helping families become mortgage-ready.

He is also the President of the Canadian Association of Rent-to-Own Professionals (CAROP), where he advocates for higher professional standards, consumer education, and ethical homeownership solutions across Canada.
